만 5세 이상만 본 액티비티에 참여할 수 있습니다.

Child ticket: Age 5-12

만 13세 이상은 성인과 동일한 요금이 적용됩니다.

본 액티비티 특성상 만 70세 이상이신 분들에게는 참여를 권장하지 않습니다.

• 안전을 위해 임신 3개월이 넘는 임신부, 만 0-4세, recent major surgery, a broken leg/arm, with chronic back and neck pain, serious heart problems 질환이 있으신 분에게는 본 액티비티 참여를 권장하지 않습니다.

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with mental disabilities, emotional disabilities, impaired physical mobility, or suffering from height phobia

• Passengers may carry a mobile phone, tablet, handbag, and water bottle on board

• Lighters, professional cameras, and sharp objects are prohibited on board

• Please note: During the holy month of Ramadan, breakfast will not be served. In exchange, guests will be offered a complimentary video of the flying experience

• Private transfers can be done upon requests from Al Maha, Jabel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Hatta, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Abu Dhabi and Fujairah at an extra cost

• Wear comfortable clothes (warm clothes during winter)

• The maximum weight limit for 1 adult is 120 KG and above will be charged in double

• All passengers should sign a self-declaration / an indemnity form before take off

• reservation team will reconfirm the exact pick-up time by email to the passenger

• COVID-19 Safety Protocol

• Wearing of mask is mandatory at all times during the tour from pickup, while on the balloon and also while being dropped off

• Contactless temperature checks are required before pick up by the driver as well as on arrival at the take-off location by the operator

• Any passenger showing any symptoms of Covid-19 will not be allowed to participate in the activity

• Due to current guidelines, guests with high risk medical conditions, chronic diseasesand respiratory illnesses will not be able to join our tour

• The vehicles and hot air balloons are thoroughly sanitized at all times before each tour

• All high touch frequency public areas are frequently sanitized

• Passengers must sign the Disclaimer / Indemnity (Declaration) and safety form before the activity starts

• Strict guidelines in regard to the F&B from the local authorities in light of COVID-19. The operator ensures all safety and hygiene in regards to the food and beverage served in the facility

• 선택하신 액티비티 날짜 기준 최소 48시간 전 예약 취소시 75% 환불이 가능합니다. 환불은 클룩 고객센터로 연락해주세요.

• 선택하신 액티비티 날짜 기준 최소 24시간 전 예약 취소시 50% 환불이 가능합니다. 환불은 클룩 고객센터로 연락해주세요.

• 운영업체는 불가항력적 상황 또는 예기치 못한 상황(ex. 기상 악화)으로 인해 투어(을)를 취소할 수 있습니다. 이 경우, 다른 날짜로 변경하거나 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
